Terms & Conditions of Hire

 

Hereafter Michael Charles Limousines shall be known as the Company and the person named as the Hirer.
The Hirer is deemed to accept responsibility for the party traveling in the vehicle.

I . All bookings are only confirmed when receipt of a part payment is received by the Company along with booking form.

2. Full payment or remaining balance is required no later than 4 weeks prior to the event.

3. No part of the payment is refundable should you wish to cancel the booking.

4. The Company does not accept responsibility for adverse weather conditions that may result in delay or cancellation. (Flooding, storms, snow etc.)

5. All our cars are maintained to the highest standard but the Company cannot accept responsibility for mechanical failure.

6. For the duration of the Hire of any vehicle it will be deemed the responsibility of the Hirer to pay for any damages caused to the vehicle and/or contents whether caused by the Hirer or any persons in their party. Any soiling in the vehicle will incur a cleaning fee.

7. Michael Charles Limousines and its Drivers will not be held responsible for any items or personal belongings that are left or mislaid in the vehicles. It is the responsibility of the Hirer and any persons of their party to ensure that all belongings are taken with them when exiting the vehicle.

8. Any one acting in an aggressive way to endanger any member of the party, the driver or members of the public may be refused entrance or asked to vacate the vehicle.

9. By signing the booking form you the Hirer are agreeing to enter into a binding contract.

SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN THE VEHICLE
